Positive: + price + clean room + comfortable bed + convenience store is within 2 minutes + helpful owner + lovely scent in the wardrobe ++ I was assigned a room with a washing machine, although I didn't use it, it was a pleasant surprise

Negative: - I didn't expect the accommodation to be located on a steep hill.
